One of my neighbors has used this company for over 20 years. I called them out to specifically give me a second opinion on a repair that another company had recommended. They were prompt and efficient and very clear, getting to my house to determine the situation. I was very impressed that they made it a priority when there was no promise of getting the job to do the repairs.

I called this company after receiving several recommendations. I have an older unit but in reasonable shape and I wanted it fixed rather than an automatic diagnosis that it should be replaced.My call went into the service scheduler about 3 pm and I was expecting to be told that it would be a few days, but she said it would be later that day. About 6 pm I got a text notification that the service tech was on his way and another text that he had just arrived. He was very pleasant and friendly and I was also pleased that he wasted no time in idle chit-chat on my clock. I did offer that as long he was outside, I didn't care whether he work a Covid mask. He thanked me but kept it on.I was able to give him basic information about the things that I had checked so he went on to test based on that information. Within 5 minutes he had made his first connection showing the problem was backwards and in a switch or wiring connection, and started tracing it backwards from there. 20 minutes later, he had found the issue and repaired it. He completed the hour by recharging the coolant system, and I had an emailed invoice before he left the property.In summary, I'd use this company again in a heartbeat and highly recommend them to anyone else. Their prices were not low, but definitely not on the high side, and he kept it to a minimum by only doing what was necessary and advising against other services that I inquired about because he said it wouldn't be worth it based on the age of my system. I appreciate any technician that discourages unnecessary services rather than trying to pad the bill. He will make it up later as I call for future needs and in recommendations to others.

I have been using Bradham Brothers for 6 years to maintain my two AC units. The units are nearly 20 years old, as they came with the home when I bought it. I have had several issues with the units, and Bradham Brothers have been out within 24 hours (sometimes within 2 hours) to assess and repair. They are professional and friendly, and very responsive.

My AC went out last week when it was REALLY hot outside. I called first thing in the morning, and they were at my house before 9am. My service tech, Alan, was very friendly and took his time to evaluate the problems. He explained the issue to me. Had to wait for a part but came back in the early afternoon to finish up his work and had my AC running good as new! Price was reasonable — especially when you consider how quickly they were able to get me fixed up. Will use in the future for my AC needs!

They were very responsive and knowledgeable. Their bid to replace plenum and fix ductwork was reasonably priced and lower than the big company who advertises a lot. They laid down protective covering on all stairs and carpet. They showed me their work after and answered all questions. High quality work at fair prices with honest approach especially compared to others we have used. Definitely recommend. Also just had them return to replace an AC unit they had to uniquely fit into a challenging space. They sent enough people to get the job done quickly and effectively. Fair pricing. Very courteous and paid attention to our preferences when various installation choices came up. Took time to walk through the app at the end whereas most just tell you to download it and figure it out yourself.

Very Impressive! In August, when other companies couldn't be available for days, the Bradham Bros. technician arrived within 3 hours of our service call. Lester from Bradham Brothers came with his partner and did an excellent job describing what was going on with my unit, did a few preliminary checks inside and out. Restarted the unit after a short time and now “cool air” ..... they checked the freon and said it could use close to a lb. of freon and left the decision to me, saying it would be ok either way ... I told themto do that while they were here.......Great Company, Great Service, Great Guys.....

Bradham Brothers did a superb job for us, starting with the process of determining what we needed, which Daniel handled extremely well. It was in the mid 90s last week and Daniel was able to get the equipment we needed and schedule installation for the next day. The install team was on time and courteous from start to finish. They made sure all of our questions were answered before they left. If our new HVAC system runs as well as things have gone with Bradham Brothers so far, we will be very fortunate. That will make me even more inclined to recommend them.

Dillon and Tim were courteous and professional. Dillon introduced himself and Tim on their arrival and explained how the day would go in great detail. He gave names of the different team members involved in the install and what their part entailed. They were focused and conscientious the entire day and kept me updated of their progress. After the unit was installed Dillon patiently explained how to use the thermostat and helped me connect to the mobile app to monitor as I needed. After being in an attic that was over 100 degrees for the better part of the day they still remained as polite and helpful as when they arrived. Wonderful customer service I would recommend to anyone. And of course I can’t forget Randy who made this all happen and took care of us as usual!!

Bradham Brothers staff was very pleasant to work with. The job was extensive; they were in our home for two days. On the second day, the lead technician brought our four-year-old grandson a guitar pick (they had talked about guitars the day before). Lester & son arrived on time & began their assessment. Wore their face masks & shoe booties. Very knowledgeable & explained diagnosis so that we understood the problem. Replaced a part & installed freon. Very polite gentleman. Problems solved for the time in that owner of property is deciding if leaking coil will be replaced. This was a second service provider as the first company inspired no confidence. I requested a veteran tech as I wanted an accurate diagnosis and quality repair. Rusty did a great job, gave me options, was prompt, wore a mask, and left work area clean. I felt the price was fair, knowledge of A/C systems good, and same day service much appreciated. My new service provider as my former passed away and I had to find another.

Our air conditioning went out over night. House temp 79 degrees. Called this AM and Chris R was sent same day, a Friday! He worked for over 2 hours part of which was in a horrible thunderstorm ( he took shelter in his truck) He had to replace the condensing fan motor. He was very professional and explained the problem to us. Thank goodness he had the part in his truck.We have had Bradham Brothers for over 25 years. Always reliable, parts guaranteed. Would not call any other heating & air company.

We realized in the middle of the night our a/c wasn’t cooling. Called BB first thing in the morning. Tech arrived within about 4 hours. Got right to work, fixed the problem (Thank goodness, it’s getting hot!) and thoroughly cleaned and performed maintenance on both units. Cleaning involved use of our hose to spray off debris. Our hose holder had been hanging loose on the side of the house for a while, been meaning to fix it. Do you know this tech actually took the time to reattach the hose hanger to the house?! He found the bolts and drilled it back in and neatly wound up the hose on it(the hose was laying in the grass prior to this). He absolutely did not have to do that and didn’t even brag on himself about it. I only noticed when I went outside to look. Talk about above and beyond!! Way to go Bradham Bro’s. You have some very happy customers here!

The men were very respectful of our home during the quarantine. June ( in the office) is also very friendly and helpful. We’ve been with Bradham brothers about 3 yrs now. They have been great. We had a condensation leak during some construction we had going on and they squeezed us in to help keep the project on schedule.

We had a surprise when we walked upstairs this evening, and discovered it was 82 degrees. After debating, we decided to go ahead and call someone out. Alex was quick to respond. He was prompt, courteous, and took the time to explain how he was approaching diagnosing the problem. He quickly diagnosed the issue (bad capacitor), and had the part on hand. He had to build a new bracket for it, since it was a slightly different size. In all, he had us up and running in less than 30 minutes. He was clearly not trying to sell anything, and even said the unit could last another 10 years. I’ve used Bradham for over 16 years now, and have recommended them to several friends as well. I haven’t checked reviews for them before because I always had good service. I had no need to look. But after the great experience tonight wanted to add my positive feedback to the many others who have also had great experiences. My thanks to Bradham Brothers and especially Alex.

Very professional and punctual. Extremely responsive when I had a follow-up visit to ensure everything was running OK. The guys who installed the heat exchanger component were very polite and did a good job answering all my questions and explained-as-they-went. The heat exchanger is a pricey component but I would easily recommend this team. They did an overall very good job.

We cannot say enough great things about Bradham Brothers. We worked with Daniel to obtain a quote. He answered all our questions, provided several different options and followed up after the meeting. We received quotes from 3 companies all priced about the same but Daniel's professionalism made the difference. Devon and Tim did an awesome job installing the system, they arrived when they said they would and left everything as clean as it was before the work. They handled all rebate forms with our service providers and mailed duplicate receipts so we did not have to make copies before mailing in the forms. The attention to detail is awesome.

He had the part on his truck and replaced it without having to come back and charge me a service call. He thoroughly cleaned my equipment, replaced my filters and took a picture of the issue prior to equipment . So glad I switched to Bradham Brothers.

Fifteen years ago we had our first encounter with Bradham Brothers for the installation of new HVAC units in the home we were renovating in Charlotte. We were highly impressed from start to finish with that experience. Since that time, we have worked with Bradham for all of our heating and cooling needs in two other homes because they are reliable, thorough, and available. The professionalism and knowledge base of all of their service technicians and office staff has been consistent throughout the years. Their service charges are reasonable, and equally important, they successfully diagnose and fix issues when they arise.Finally, I feel like they are one of the few companies out there that still treats customers as they would their own family members. They are respectful and show concern. Clearly they have good leadership and satisfied employees. Five stars for sure!

I was really impressed with my experience. I have used another competitor company in the past and I was told inaccurate information to persuade me to buy a new furnace. The inspection fee is a little more here, but completely worth it. I felt like the technician was giving me accurate info and helping me make decisions best for me.

The Tech, Alex, that came to our house was very knowledgeable. I had many questions related to balancing the air flow using our existing dampers and vent covers that he answered thoughtfully with lots of details and explanation. He also made several cost saving recommendations about the benefits we would see from additional roof vents and selective insulation. All this in addition to checking out our furnace. Great value!

Well, the original unit we replaced had lasted several years longer than expected; and the replacement unit cost a couple thousand dollars less than what we had expected. Couple those things with a quicker response than expected, a job well done by a crew that we liked, and I guess that all adds up to a great review. Thanks for doing the kind of job that compels me to say good things about you. I suspect we will be your customers for life. I can't say enough good things about my experience with this company. Part of my house was not cooling correctly so I called them to do a diagnostic. They came within just a few days and told me the issue. I hired them to do the job and they kept in constant contact with me and gave me updates throughout. Everyone was super professional and nice.

They show up when they say they will, don't try to oversell you and work neatly and efficiently. I have had them service my HVAC and unfortunately needed a new AC for one zone. Reasonably priced and got it installed within a couple of days since it was very hot.

Our system had died they came out the next day . Told us the system was shot. We have had them come out and repair it the past years limping it along . it was 20 years old . They sent a representative Daniel to give us a estimate he answered all of our questions very knowledgeable ,new his product . Very professional and he arranged the install for the next day . The install team was great did a very good job .I have used them in the past and this is why they earned my business they have always been there when we have called and needed them . I called Bradham Brothers because I heard an unusual blower noise when the air conditioner was on. Josh came within 30 minutes, and my filters were filthy! Joe, our technician was helpful and knowledgeable of our system. He provided insight regarding the HVAC that helps to maximize its usage. Additionally, he displayed professionalism and excellent customer service skills. During the time he was here, our neighborhood experienced a power outage. Joe continued as much of the service call and notified the Office that only certain portions of the service could be completed today. Without asking, he setup the next call and informed all parties what needed to take place.

What sets Bradham Brothers apart from the rest? Their service techs are paid a salary. Bradham Brothers installed our energy efficient AC not quite 10 years ago. Recently we got a letter from them reminding us to have the unit checked before it went out of warranty. During a heat wave it didn’t seem to be working. Outside temps were in the 90’s and while the thermostat was set at 75 the indoor temp was a muggy 85. We called on a Saturday morning and Tiffany took the call. A technician, Joe, was at our door within a half hour! He climbed in the attic and replaced a part under warranty at NO CHARGE and did not try to sell us anything. He even replaced the double A batteries in the thermostat. We’re cool again! That’s what I call superb service a decade after we first did business. Thanks Bradham Brothers! And thank you Joe!

The man who serviced our units is the best. Technically, he has a gift for diagnosing and troubleshooting problems with equipment. He listens well and has a kind demeanor. No air, had to close my restaurant, losing money, worst case scenario. I made one phone call to Bradham Brothers and they took care of the rest. Great service from the office and the technician that fixed me up that same day and did it for a very fair price. Would highly recommend this company to anyone having heating and air conditioning issues.

My downstairs heat pump was 19 years old and was struggling so it was due for replacement. The beginning of the 2018 was especially freezing for us and the pipes froze. I called Bradham Brothers and 3 other companies for quotes for a 16 SEER 2.5 ton Trane unit. Daniel came out the same day, was very thorough, answered all my questions and provided me with what proved to be the best quote for exactly what I needed. They scheduled the installation when it was convenient for me. The technicians were all very clean & professional while at my home for the full day of replacing the old unit. I have hired several contractors over the years for various jobs and this company stands out to me as really being exceptional. It won't be long until I call Daniel back to replace my old upstairs heat pump next. Side note... My dog was really happy to finally have heat coming out of the vent near his bed:)
